Morning Song (Morning Fog on Fogged Paper), 2015

In Morning Song (Morning Fog on Fogged Paper), I utilized an expired, fogged box of paper, to explore the notion of fog both conceptually and metaphorically. Building a pin-hole camera out of the box the paper came in, I created 28 one-of-a-kind photographs over the duration of a foggy morning. As the sun rose, the fog dissipated. The resulting installation presents the viewer with a progression of clarity, an accumulation, much akin to a dawn chorus.
